• Led the tech merger of MediBuddy Mobile and core systems.
• Integrated DocsApp within the MB ecosystem. Re-themed the whole App with the new design system. Scaled the app from serving 0.6 M to 1.6M distinct users.
• Led the design and implementation of a UUID-based login system, unifying user identities and data across MediBuddy and DocsApp ecosystems. This system has a 99.9% adoption rate, improved core analytics, and optimized marketing spend.

• Engineering Owner of Mobile Applications, I was responsible for release management and the mobile team. Fostered and mentored mobile team from scratch and implemented SDLC, weekly release cycle with 10 Android developers to enable rapid product iteration.
• Consistently delivered over 60 releases per year, balancing tech debt (including Google policy updates) and hotfixes with the staged rollout of new features to support business needs.
• Implemented a remote config-based experimentation framework for server-side A/B testing, enabling real-time feature toggling and product experimentation based on user cohorts and app versions. Streamlined product funnels and metrics reporting by deploying Redash (open-source BI tool), enabling self-serve data access for product and engineering teams.

• As a Founding Engineer, I designed and implemented the DocsApp Patient and Doctor App, scaling it from POC to 500,000 users. The app supported real-time chat consultations through offline messaging and multi-channel text communication, along with video, audio, and text-based interactions.
• Developed a server-based dynamic messaging system for chat workflows, enabling product experimentation and structured data collection. Product teams were iteratively able to improve the funnel from 3 to 5% by using the chat experimentation.
• Re Architected the user login to move from imei based user identifier to phone number based user authentication system. • Improved the login funnel by 11% using auto reading SMS, this was before SMS Auto Retrieve API was available.
