I unified pipelines for more than 150 projects, simplifying configurations and enabling seamless integration and unit testing in GitLab CI/CD. Additionally, I revamped the log architecture by transitioning from Fluent Bit to Elastic, reducing indexes from 1400 to 500 and significantly decreasing log generation latency. I also implemented job automation using Argo Workflows, further enhancing operational efficiency.
