For more than two decades, I have worked with entrepreneurs and business owners who wanted more than short-term revenue. They wanted stability, credibility and long-term scale. My professional journey began in financial planning, where I learned early that growth without structure is dangerous. Revenue can grow quickly. But institutions grow deliberately. Over 20+ years, I have worked closely with mid-sized business owners, helping them understand their why, think right connections and creating structured thought process for long term goals as finance alone does not build scale. Relationships do. As an Executive Director of BNI in Pune East & North Region, I have seen how structured networking transforms businesses. Not through random introductions, but through disciplined, long-term relationship capital. Networking is not a sprint. It is a marathon. That belief became my 5th book. My 1st book, It Starts With You, came from a deeper realization before scaling a business, a leader must first understand himself. Clarity of thought, clarity of message and clarity of intent create sustainable growth. When internal alignment meets structured networking and financial discipline, businesses move from ₹25–50 Cr plateaus to something far more meaningful institutions that last.
