About

I am a Staff level software engineer with 8+ years of experience, with a wide range of projects - including extensive experience in mobile and web development, AR and VR development, Game development and even management. Currently I run my own game studio where we are building and releasing our first Steam game Draguna Matata in April 2025. Previously I was an Engineering Manager at Meta UK, managing a team of 8, that delivered 2 experiences for Meta’s Orion augmented reality glasses. Prior to that, I operated as a Software Engineer for 7+ years (Staff level for about 3 years) where I Tech Lead a team of senior mobile engineers building client infrastructure and tools for optimising use of mobile resources for 4 years. Later I worked as a senior TL in the Reality Labs AR platform, TL-ing projects spanning over 20 people I have built Android, Frontend and Backend applications for over 10years. Over this span I have worked on a wide spectrum of projects also developed 10s of apps and games available (and previously available) on the Google Play Store and App Store. This self-driven development gives me a strong sense of product understanding, full stack development knowledge and exposure to a lot of different kinds of problems and unblocking myself. I have worked with a large number of teams, some organisation level challenges over my time at Meta. Additionally, I can learn and become considerably proficient at most tech stacks very quickly, and often keep learning new ones. Which is why over the years i have worked and delivered big projects in all of the following - Unity, Flutter, Spark AR, Typescript, React, React Native, Android (Kotlin, Java), C++, Firebase, Data Pipelines, Hack, etc.
