Hello, this is Bill Mastin. I've spent the last twenty years at the intersection of technology, people, and growth, helping organizations solve their most challenging issues around hiring, onboarding, retention, and performance. As CEO of Cadient, I'm building solutions that help HR leaders move faster, scale smarter, and prepare their workforce for an AI-driven future. I've turned around companies, acquired others, and exited successfully (Topia). I've worked with startups raising their first funding round and enterprises managing 100M+ in revenue. I've held global roles across four continents and seen firsthand how people strategy makes or breaks business outcomes. The belief that technology should amplify human potential, not replace it, is my DRIVE. Yes, it’s contrary, but I believe that growth is less about headcount and more about capability.
