What Drives Me? Recruiting for a mission I believe in and providing a phenomenal candidate experience along the way (also, junior mints and diet coke). Each candidate has a story to tell and I love being able to support them through the entire recruiting process while still being an advocate and strategic partner for the hiring team and company. The recruiting process is the candidate’s first glance “under the hood” of an organization. I take great pride in helping show a company's true culture so the candidates can make the most informed decisions about the next step in their career. I know the products, I understand our company structure and its the best feeling when I can say "yes, I can answer that". My areas of expertise are in GTM recruiting, emphasizing Sales, PreSales, Customer Success, and Services. I have experience recruiting in the US, Canada and EMEA markets growing Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams from the ground up in a SaaS environment.
