What Drives Me? Recruiting for a mission I believe in and providing a phenomenal candidate experience along the way (also, junior mints and diet coke). Each candidate has a story to tell and I love being able to support them through the entire recruiting process while still being an advocate and strategic partner for the hiring team and company. My past experience includes recruiting in the Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare verticals in large corporations. Outside of recruiting, I am a strong Project Manager and love to dig deeper into all data and analytics involved.
