• Director: Kodak Health Group harmonization initiative. Responsible for the management and integration of harmonization “look and feel” of all product across KHG division platforms. Primary project lead for industrial design; accountable for five separate imaging product lines, including Medical Laser Imagers, Dental x-ray printers and Digital Capture product lines.

• Primary Industrial Designer for the corporation with responsibilities for the look and feel of all three divisions. Identity use and application for product and packaging became a primary part of my responsibilities. I was engaged to help direct outside design firms understand the unique needs of our spin-off and product position in each of the established and emerging markets.
• Extensive design and documentation of labeling fro all three divisions with primary focus on Medical Imaging including film, equipment set-up and jam clearing + warning and instructional labeling and associated printed meda.
• Imation design liaison to Apple Computers for remote drive products including the launch of the iMac.

• Staff designer responsible for primary design and appearance with electronic imaging systems, such as medical, industrial and professional printing products, medical and surgical instruments and test and measure systems. I created and facilitated the Pro-Engineer surface models that specified color, texture, fit and finish for the products. I worked with consultants in our overseas development process, mentoring and guiding our partners who were unfamiliar with the power and impact of design detailing.
