Focused on improving operational efficiency, strengthening manufacturing infrastructure, and building sustainable unit economics to enable scalable product growth.

• Oversaw product development and operations through the company's steepest growth phase. Built the systems that let the catalogue expand without operational chaos — pricing controls, inventory frameworks, vendor management, and the cross-functional coordination between sourcing, ops, marketing, and finance that growing companies usually figure out the hard way. Worked closely with founders, researchers, and external partners on new product launches.

• First role at Anveshan, when monthly revenue was ~₹1Cr. Owned sourcing and procurement across the catalogue — building the farmer and processor network, setting up procurement processes, and managing the vendor and pricing side as volumes grew. A lot of the foundational supply chain decisions made in this period are still load-bearing for the company today.
