Quelques jalons marquants de ce parcours : • 2010 : Ouverture du marché des jeux en ligne, un tournant majeur pour notre secteur. • 2019 : Privatisation de FDJ via une introduction en Bourse, redéfinissant notre stratégie tout en renforçant notre engagement pour une performance durable. • 2024 : Expansion sectorielle et internationale avec les acquisitions de PLI, ZEturf et Kindred, affirmant notre position de champion européen des jeux d’argent et de hasard. Au-delà de la performance économique de l’entreprise, je m’investis pour que notre politique RSE progresse avec l’ambition de figurer parmi les meilleurs, ce qui se traduit par la note 71/100 par Moody’s ESG, qui place FDJ à la première place des entreprises du secteur Hôtels, Loisirs et Services, et à la 31ème place parmi les plus de 4 500 entreprises mondiales notées par Moody’s ESG. En tant que président de la Fondation d’entreprise FDJ, je partage la fierté de nos initiatives solidaires sur les territoires. En 2023, nous avons célébré 30 ans d’impact et lancé un nouveau quinquennat ambitieux doté de 25 millions d'euros pour soutenir des projets au service de l’inclusion des plus fragiles. As Deputy CEO of FDJ UNITED, I have been steering our determined transformation process, which ensures FDJ's performance, innovation, and responsibility. Some of the milestones: • 2010: Opening of the online gaming market, a major turning point for our sector. • 2019: Privatization of FDJ through an IPO, redefining our strategy while strengthening our commitment to sustainable performance. • 2024: International expansion with the acquisitions of PLI, ZEturf, and Kindred, affirming our leading position in Europe. I am also committed to ensuring that our CSR policy progresses with the ambition of being among the best, which is reflected in Moody's ESG rating of 71/100 : 31st place among the more than 4,500 rated global companies. As president of « FDJ UNITED Foundation », I share the pride we take in our solidarity initiatives across the country.
