I’m a Product Manager with 4 years of experience across construction ERP, B2B SaaS, and consulting, currently working at a YC-backed startup, R’Dash. At R’Dash, I work on an all-in-one construction ERP that brings together lead management, project management, procurement, billing & payments, and reconciliation. I build products that connect on-ground project execution with procurement, billing, and payments, so teams can track work and money in one place. The platform is used by clients across retail, managed offices, fit-out & design-and-build firms, and real estate developers. Before moving into product full-time, I worked as an Associate at Bain & Company, supporting US Retail clients on strategy and analytics engagements. I also led product management for NPS Prism, a B2B SaaS platform for customer experience benchmarking, helping multinational organizations turn customer insights into actionable outcomes. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Process and Automation Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (formerly Delhi Institute of Technology) and previously interned at Siemens, gaining hands-on exposure to software development and industrial systems.
