• Project: Switch Control
• Migrated thirteen million customers with zero downtime from CAI to CAI3G protocol.
• Developed the communication adapter of Home Location Register (HLR) for new CAI3G protocol.
• Optimized the existing mechanism of provisioning the device transaction queries to reduce the overall provisioning time by a couple of hours per day.
• Reduced the provisioning time by 28% and memory footprint by 60% by contributing to redesigning and developing the communication adapters to run multiple instances of device-specific communication adapters. This was achieved by breaking down the legacy monolithic process of Communication Adapters into multiple device-specific adapters. This also made the individual adapters and the system more configurable thus removing the bottlenecks in the system.
• Developed communication adapters for projects like Google Rich Messaging, Apple Smart Watch, LDAP, Unified Communications and Collaborations (UCC) and many more. Also developed the Asynchronous adapter mechanism to provision special devices.

• Proposed and developed a new business case for Switch Control application to improve the turnaround time for the failed device requests.

• Developed a visual representation tool of the application table for better understanding of the complex flows using tree. This helped in reducing the overall development time and decision-making time.
