• Portkey (Enhanced Web ssh Service): A Secure Web service Framework that enables users to execute shell commands on remote servers using a terminal like UI using Reactive Spring libraries and Reactive MongoDB and support streaming feature for commands like logs.
• allows only verified commands which are converted into templates and stored in GIT/Mongo as the source
• provides users to quickly write and construct their own command and saves that history for feature quick execution
• NOC Dashboard: A Reliable Application that provides a User interface for monitoring alerts in the production environment which can be integrated with tools like Sensu Core, Sensu Go, etc., This project is one of the critical projects in Sprinklr which
• allows us to know issues before reaching the client
• enables user to monitor alerts across multiple environments which has 10,000+ servers seamlessly and take actions on them through the tool integrated with Jenkins, Jira, Slack, Email
• supported by Spring WebSockets for pushing real-time alerts to the user
• provides statistic, auto-routing of alerts for online members, and many other customizable features
• SQL engine: Designed SQL engine for querying various backend sources that
• allows any user to write a query in human-readable format and query backend,
• can convert any complex human-readable SQL to corresponding database queries, thus allowing users to query seamlessly
• Designed and implemented Config service for spring microservices for
• sourcing bootstrap configurations
• being a single point of source for all the application properties, integrated with secrets in all the AWS, Azure, GCP cloud environments and properties that can be sourced from GIT/Preferred database.
• Successfully deployed all our microservices with SSL and TLS compliant for clients in their native environments. Setup all the secrets encrypted in GCP cloud and integrate it with config service to source all the properties from mongo and native cloud.

• Red (Tool for Managing infrastructure): Contributed in developing this tool and designed the UI and backend architecture to suit spring cloud environment with many components which are listed below and many more
• Network Operation Centre Monitoring (NOC Alerts dashboard): Designed and developed a web portal to monitor configuration changes taking place across multiple servers in real-time. With Sprinklr running 5000+ servers, this tool is the single point of reference that helps to identify critical changes which when missed may lead to disastrous outcomes.
• Inventory Management: Designed and Developed a stable web application for managing inventory of servers across multiple environments, a replacement to Ansible Tower with many features including UI for editing using Vuejs and Backend with Spring boot and hosted as a micro service in spring cloud architecture.
• Query Executor: Designed and developed a rest full service with UI for executing queries in multiple databases like MongoDB, ElastiSearch, Mysql, Cassandra etc
• Notification Centre: Designed and developed a Tool for sending notifications
• Distributed Scheduler: Designed and developed distributed scheduler for scheduling jobs in a round robin fashion in clustered environment for spring boot application using aspect programming
• Gateway: Designed and developed gateway service
• for Spring cloud microservice environment with Google and Keycloak as Authentication providers and JWT tokens for internal microservices calls,
• which has many filters which allow successful secured interaction between any microservices,
• which acts as a single point of contact for all the microservices deployed in k8s from an external point.

• 1. HoneyComb: Allows users to manage all the servers and
• take critical action on them like restarting the process, nodes, etc.
• see the stats on how a server overall doing
• integrate with all the servers in the environment and segregates based on the type of server,
• apply MACRO functionality on them / set of instructions, integrated with Jenkins and AWS, AZURE, GCP.
• 2. Disaster Management: This project brings up the entire Sprinklr application in another region in case of any disaster. Implemented many scripts in Perl and web service in Perl Mojolicious to manage and bring up services in another region.
• Solr Core Migration: Perl Script to migrate Solr cores to the new cluster in case of data overload or in need of splitting data
• Mongo Data Splits: Perl Script to split Mongo Data and add a new disk to the existing mongo cluster/node.
