• Tested Netflix Test Service, a cloud and Junit based automation tool for certifying the Netflix firmware application. The tool has a web client and uses Paladin for onboarding the consumer electronic device .
• Executed manual and automated tests to certify Netflix firmware on CE and SRI devices. The automated tool runs inside a VMware Player with Ubuntu. Netflix firmware is based on Webkit.
• Built Test NG tests to check the Java Personalization API for AWS cloud based servers. The automated tests functioned as clients. The tests used XML parameters to build a full matrix of cases.
• The Test NG test cases included the checking of the Personalization business logic and parameter boundaries.
• Wrote API level Test NG test cases to check the calculation of the U2U clustering algorithm. Read test data from S3 and parsed the information. Compared the test data with the actual U2U calculations.
• Used the Eclipse IDE to create Similars Junit test cases to exercise the server in the AWS cloud. The Similars API are used in recommendation and personalization features.

• Planned, developed and executed function, UI, and system test cases for Netflix Recommendation and Personalization features using Oracle and MySQL.
• Ran multiple A/B tests and attended SCRUM meetings for the features on the site.

• o Movie You’ll Love Home page – Uses previous rentals to selected movies for customers
• o Rate Shows and Movies – Page to get user to rate movies they have seen.
• o What You Have Rated – Page to show rated movies and allow the user to re-rate
• o DMBR – Dynamic Minibulk Rater is a postcard to solicit ratings from a user
