At Grafana Labs, I built Grafana Assistant and Assistant Investigations for real operators working across logs, metrics, traces, profiles, dashboards, and incidents. I’m now building Grafana Sigil, an open-source AI observability stack for production agents. My work sits at the intersection of AI product, distributed systems, and open source. I build agent workflows grounded in real telemetry, retrieval and tool use for investigations, and the control plane around AI systems: traces, online evaluations, prompt and agent versioning, tool telemetry, and cost and quality analysis. Before that, I spent years building the open-source systems behind modern observability workflows, including Loki and Pyroscope.
