• DART- Data Analysis and Rationalisation Tool (01/2018 – Present) This is a tool that provides a holistic view of all the components during a print and shows the relationship between the components for a specific job. Learned in-depth about the process of 3d printing. Gained information about 275 ASC sensors and 320 Motor sensors, Their dependencies on each other. • Estimation of the material required for 3d print Job Using Machine Learning (01/2018 – 03/2018) In this project, I learnt a whole set of new information regarding data science( extraction of data from multiple resources, preprocessing and various machine learning algorithms.) To overcome the large execution time(around 7 hrs) for data collection and processing for each session(each file containing over 6 lakh lines) Saved entry for last parsed session and parsed only newly added sessions in further iterations.
• Estimation of the extraction time and rinse time for 3d print Job Using Machine Learning (11/2018 – 02/2019) (11/2018 – 02/2019) Earlier, linear trend line(very conservative) was used for estimating time for extraction but results drawn out by this method vary drastically. Used machine learning to predict extraction time with high accuracy which decreased huge cost overhead in manufacturing terms
