• Working to make the Volkswagen Automotive Cloud (VWAC) platform the most impactful and definitive connected vehicle platform in the world.
• How can we make this platform easy to use, where a developer only has to know Restful APIs and not proprietary information to integrate with the VWAC platform? Where a developer can use any integration service she/he is comfortable with, whether it be Azure, AWS, GCP, to interact with vehicles using the VWAC platform.
• I help to make sure the MQTT connection transports data (commands) to the vehicle, transports data (telemetry) from the vehicle, and advise clients on what to do with that data (for example, using a workbench to store it for visualization/analyzation).
• Ultimately, however, my work consists of venturing into new territory: designing novel use cases and proving them out.

• I advise on integrations, create integrations with JS and Python, and help design new efficient API endpoints. There is a large data science component to my work - I write scripts, sometimes in AWS Lambdas to collect large amounts of data which I then analyze in BigQuery. Data pipelines are useful to transfer data from DynamoDB to BigQuery.

• I took a leap to work for this extremely exciting startup. I documented all customer success processes and laid the groundwork for the execution of a successful customer service team. I also authored How-To guides. My speciality is breaking down a product into an easily understandable format.

• I handled all support related inquiries. I was in charge of the successful onboarding of clients, making sure their pixels were successfully installed, and helped manage Facebook ad campaigns. I'm an expert in WCA, pixel placement, and created DPA campaigns via the API before this feature was available in power editor.
• ● I created wire frames to improve the UX for the product based on customer feedback. Some sample wireframes have included a cancellation box, a navigation bar, and adata page with the most relevant statistics to a user. I also recommend how to make the product clearer. For example, if “audience” was used twice, meaning two different things, one word needed to be replaced. I filed bugs using JIRA based on customer feedback.
• ● User guides: ­ I was the main author of the user guides found at help.booshaka.com and initiated the migration from Desk.com to Zendesk.com.
• ● I wrote a few small Java scripts to improve efficiency for support related tasks.

• During this product associate internship, I made and gave a patent tech presentation (available to view) to 100+ engineers and product managers. I interviewed ~15 inventors and drove the filing of 4­6 inventions by breaking up the inventions into easy steps so that the patent attorney could understand the technology.
• ● I fully automated the development environment using a bash script. The script downloaded maven, apache, tomcat, TextWrangler, chrome, ant, MAMP and checked out an SVN branch. It also made all directories and needed files.
• ● I drafted 30 stories for the product manager and helped with data analysis (using very large files of data, pivot tables, and SQL) to correct bugs that impacted users.
