Devx is my passion project - I decided to move on from my day job as a successful CTO, and together with my business partner, we founded our dream company. I have lived through all the pain points and breakthrough successes of engineers, product managers, and CEOs on their journey to bring an idea to market. And now, I want to share those experiences with you. Like constructing a building, creating software is complicated, and requires a vision, a plan, and skilled talent. After so many years in the business, I know where to find the best developers, how to vet and onboard them, and most importantly – how to ensure they are the best fit for you, your company, and the technical challenge you want them to master. The variables that go into building quality software are immense, from the grand vision to the solution and execution. And there are a variety of roles you need to fill, whether it’s a capable project manager, a QA tester, or a skilled fullstack developer.
