• Focused on technical upgrades in the product, supported multiple applications server releases (9iAs, 10g iAS etc) as content servers for OLM customers (R11i, R12.0.x). Reviewed the white papers prepared by team on the technical changes. Ensured that Oracle Product Support team has got the required details and can assit customers in upgrades. Started working on a huge task of supporting latest version of SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reuse Model) specification along with other major enhancements into the product. Continued building the team and mentored the new team members.

• A complete paradigm shift, moved out of SCM and CRM domain area into HRMS functional area called Oracle Learning Management (OLM). Constructively dealt with challenges while building a new team, building contacts with other supporting organizations and understanding new functional area. Took transition from the existing product owner, had ensured that detailed functional flows and technical know-how of the product are covered as part of transition to the new team. Ensured team understands the current functional flows and technical requirements of the product. Work involved supporting the existing customers (R11i, R12.0) discussion with product management team, enhancing the product and working on the new releases.

• Additional responsibility of Service Contracts was assigned while working on the deliverables of eBS R11i release. Worked with multiple teams in different time zones on multiple deliverables, prepared estimates for deliverables, discussed with product management team about the scope and priorities of features to be introduced in the product. Ensured that the leads have full understanding about the changes and adapted a periodic review process to track the deliverables. Involved in reviewing the functional design document, technical design document with each project lead and focused on bridging the gap between functional and technical designs. Reviewed the QA test plans and ensured that all the required critical flows are covered and tested.

Mentored the team to ensure they gain the required functional and technical skills which helped complete deliverables using sound techno-functional skills. Monitored work allocation and team deliverables on weekly basis and ensured deliverable schedules are met. Participated in the meetings mostly happened during US day time with the manager and product management team and discussed the design documents and critical customer issues. Involved in design and development of features in Oracle Core Contracts which include scoping, estimation and execution of deliverables in release 11.5.x. Worked on Policy Deviations project for which Patent Application was filed and is accepted.
