• After working as a DevLead for the cart & checkout team, I changed to inventory management & shipment estimation team in order to explore other domains.
• My work involves critical analysis of the requirements (since inventory is something very critical for the business), design the solutions, implement, test and finally deliver it.
• I'm also involved in development of batches and file transfer interfaces.
• Also, having an experience of leading a team previously, I'm trying to improve processes and work culture in the team.

• As a DevLead, my work is multi-fold, with technical responsibilities including, designing epics/features for the back-end microservice by keeping a balance of quality, cost & delivery; Performing design documents & code reviews; Hands on implementation to help the team; Ensuring maintainable, sustainable, scalable system; Enhancing the process & documentation.
• Non-technical responsibilities include, plannning & executing both long-term & short-term projects; Driving & motivating a team of 12 skilled professional software engineers ensuring timely delivery of projects; Acting as a bridge between product managers/business stakeholders/manager & my team, to clarify the requirements & solve any issues; Mentoring new joiners; SCRUM execution, task assignment & management.

• My work was 2 fold. Half of it being the design and development of features for the backend microservice and other half was to manage a sub team of 5 people. In addition to it, I was working on preparing myself to lead the whole team in future.

• Developed a PG rental website. It includes signup and login functionalities for both owners and visitors. Owner can post their properties, edit/delete them, etc. and visitors can view it. Owners can see number of views on their posts as well. Queries can posted by the visitors and can be seen by the owners. The backend is developed with Nodejs, Expressjs framework and database used is MongoDb atlas.
• I also added a chatbot for handling user queries using snatchbot API.
