• ● Design and implement a web application for managing contracts and their life cycle with
• all the features like approval workflow, contract templates, automatically granted access,
• audit-trail, export reporting, electronic/manual signature, KPI, alerts/notifications,
• multi-language support, and many more.
• ● Designed and developed the micro-service architecture based on Spring Boot,
• React/TypeScript, Open workflow/Camunda, Documentum, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, and
• Openshift.
• ● More than 2000 contracts have been created till now, with a user base of 5000. This
• application has reduced the latency to get a contract signed 2-6 months to 2-5 days.
• ● Lead the discussion for the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, designing database schemas, their
• micro-servicer API, and optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• ● Worked on setting up automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins which deploys the code on
• a live server with a single commit or merge.
• HP Service Manager :-> cloud-based ticketing tool.
• ● Working on HP Service Manager, it’s a cloud-based help desk management solution that helps businesses handle change, incident management, self-ticketing, and improves IT operations.
• ● Responsibility to make task automate whose task was repeating frequently like adding dropdown list data, create a form based on the requirement.
• ● Write a python program to generate a dynamic form, adding its field validation and dropdown list, set default values for their fields by reading an excel file. Earlier this task took 5-10 days todo, now this is fully automated not take more than 2 minutes.

• Build Smart OCR Based System :->
• ● Developed a Smart OCR system based on Open Source Technology with user-friendly GUI,
• which recognizes text inside images or scanned documents and creates digitized
• documents.
• ● Search the QRcode/Barcode in the document then extract the user details and insert them
• into the database or in a local file.
• ● Technology that has been used in this project was image-processing, optical character
• recognition (Tesseract OCR engine), python as backend as well as GUI.
• ● This tool removed the dependencies on 3rd party services saving 0.06 Euro per document.
• ● Demonstrated proof of concept to stakeholder and expert panel which led to further
• funding of the project and embedding that to the current system, which led to a full-time
• role.
