• Building complete HR systems from scratch — employee onboarding, record management, registers, forms, contracts, warning letters, and leave management.
• Conducting worker welfare activities including safety training, 5S, TPM basics, and productivity improvement programs.
• Implementing performance systems, grievance handling, and maintaining a safe & high-discipline factory culture.
• Coordinating with production, maintenance, and management for manpower planning and workforce optimization.
• Leading statutory audits (SEDEX, BSCI, Social Audit, Fire Audit) and ensuring 100% document preparedness.
