• Developed a Java application utilizing Spring Boot, Selenium, Cucumber, and Citi’s internal framework to conduct UI and end-to-end app connectivity testing post-code release.
• Designed and developed CitiManager Data Viewer: a Django-based application aimed at streamlining the analysis of user queries by efficiently retrieving data from the database and executing a set of pre-defined query-specific prompts.
• Mailbox analysis Tool: Created a Python based application to analyze shared mailbox data, generating reports based on the types of issues reported by partner systems/users, peak times, and other relevant statistics.
• Report Automations: Have consistently been automating various manual processes in different programming languages. Automated the Application Greenzone Notification email (Python-based project) and the Application Daily Volume metrics report (using shell scripting), among others.
