I’m Dellyn Lee, a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with 10+ years of HR and recruiting experience, a career content creator, and the founder of Dellyn Digital. I previously worked as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for a multi-million-dollar company hiring across 48 states. Today, I still recruit but for people-focused organizations. I help them hire great talent while also helping job seekers level up their careers and life. What makes my perspective different? I’ve seen the job hunt from both sides of the screen, the recruiter side and the job seeker side. In October 2024, I was laid off on Halloween. 🎃 Instead of letting that moment define me, I treated it like a new game plus run for my career and life. I used my recruiting experience, content creation skills, video editing skill tree, and my love of video games to navigate the job market. 80 days later, I landed my next role.
