As a founding engineer at Spotnana, I was building scalable, maintainable, and durable cloud native systems that bring impact to customers. I have been part of the core team that developed and launched the company's flagship product, a platform that simplifies and automates travel management and booking for enterprises. Before joining Spotnana, I worked as a software engineer at ThoughtSpot, a leader in the analytics and business intelligence space. There, I contributed to the development of ThoughtSpot's distributed OLAP database, which is highly performant, reliable, and scalable. I Implemented generic object detection algorithm named EdgeBoxes in opencv, Implemented the EdgeBoxes score function and its structured edge detector using random decision forests. Also did benchmarking of superpixel segmentation algorithm based on metrics like boundary recall and under-segmentation error. I helped in training the Multi Object Recognition module using the CAFFE(convolutional architecture for fast embedding) deep learning library.
