  • Led the team of 7 resources from different technologies and 2 interns as a Module Lead to deliver the module 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
  • Spearheaded a team of 15 members to organize a Sports competition for the practitioners in the company. The goal of the competition was to make people connect with each other by increasing participation. The competition received excellent response, participation increased by 30 % and extracted cost savings of 20 % year-on-year.
