• Designed and built a system which uses the historical context of the customer to intelligently suggests next action while chatting with virtual agent so that the customer can reach their objective faster and without any human interaction.
• Worked on enhancing the IVR experience for customers by introducing self-service functionality and carrier-based suggestions. This eventually saved the company a lot of money.

• Worked on SteelFusion, which is a solution that enables customers who have kept certain high-performance applications locally out in branch offices to consolidate them into the data centre whilst retaining the required LAN response for clients.
• Developed the Data Protection & Backups for SteelFusion on Microsoft Hyper-V 2016 using the VSS framework and WMI queries & on VMWare ESXi 5.5 & 6.0 Server using Perl scripts.
