•  Resolving HANA backup failure issues on production and Sandbox servers
•  Developing and documenting technical processes
•  Participating into major incident bridge calls and make sure that high impact incidents get the right attention and resolution within SLA

• Acquired knowledge about Configuring and Managing FTP, DNS Server, DHCP Server,APACHE Web Server,mail server,NFS, SAMBA Server in Linux. Also they taught us about configuring routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP,OSPF in Cisco Routers and VLAN, VTP, STP in Cisco Switches (using Packet Tracer).
