I love building products but hate selling myself. So here are six quick facts about me and my work. Straight to the point: 1) I transformed a startup into a market leader, scaling from zero to millions in recurring revenue. Built products used by brands you know well - Tok&Stok, Banco do Brasil, VW, Embraer. And yes, it was incredible working with these companies. 2) I'm a 3-in-1 professional: Designer by education, developer by passion, and executive by challenge. This unique combination allows me to create products that people actually want to use and that generate real business results. 3) My journey is a bit different. Started as a frontend developer, became tech lead, then head of product, CPO, and finally CGO. In each role, I kept my hands in the code (or at least close to it). I believe the best leaders deeply understand what they're building. 4) I'm passionate about education and technology. That's why I'm proud to have built a platform that helps hundreds of thousands of people learn and develop professionally. I built the QA system: 14 stages, 60+ automated checks, filtering down from over 1M generated questions. In a Grade 3 pilot, test scores jumped from 66.7% to 84.5% in a single week.
  • My last stretch there I moved over to marketing. We used AI to automate our paid ad strategy and content generation, and I focused on getting marketing and sales to stop operating in silos. That quarter was the best sales quarter in the company's entire history.
