Innovation and impact have always been at the heart of my aspirations. With a BE in Computer Science and as a MS student in Artificial Intelligence, I am driven by the challenge of solving real-world problems using technology and research. My journey began at the Indian Institute of Technology, where, following the Pulwama attack, I developed a mobile app to identify explosives. I continued on this path by collaborating on a research paper during the COVID-19 pandemic. Motivated by the disruption of medical facilities I developed an approach to forecast the spread of infections using mathematical modelling. In my 2 years as a Data Scientist, I've designed and implemented scalable AI solutions using AWS services and LLMs for startups that not only solve complex business problems but also improve customer satisfaction. As a freelancer, I've crafted novel solutions for low-resource languages using state-of-the-art Machine Learning architectures and algorithms. Every project, big or small, has deepened my passion for blending creativity with precision to make a tangible impact. My academic and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself - I am adaptable, embrace challenges, and see obstacles as an opportunity to grow. I overcame the challenge of winning a Computer Vision Hackathon without any prior experience in the domain - I approach problems systematically and solved complex business issues for a footwear client by breaking it into subproblems, performing analysis, and maintaining a customer-centric thinking - I thrive on learning and keep learning new tools and technologies to prepare myself to navigate the continuously evolving AI landscape - I value purpose and focus on delivering high-quality results regardless of adversity As a graduate student in the United States my goal is to contribute to advancements in the AI landscape to make a difference.
