• Developed ”Skip-Intro” , ”Skip-Recap” and ”Skip-Credit” on the discovery+(Dplus) web player application and discovery+(Dplus) ChromeCast player application, using the core player engine of Shaka,Native and HlsJs player.
• Developed the content rating system, content descriptors system on the discovery+ web player(Dplus) and discovery+ chromecast player(Dplus). Depending upon the region the player shows rating and images . In US ragion ratings follows numerical system and in EMEA region it follows the Image system functionality.
• Developed a service to automatically perform a set of unit tests daily on a product in development in order to decrease time needed for team members to identify and fix bugs/issues using jest, TS and yaml programming for pipeline
• Worked on lot of features, bugs, tasks etc. Created tech approaches for different features like skip Intro/Recap/Credits. Created generic workflow for streamline the release process into the production builds.
