Scraped Patent Applications data (SRNTs) using Google API & converted the data into CSVs using Tesseract-OCR & pdf2image.
Preprocessed Data using Pandas to create Examiner-SRNT mapping & then parsed the Data using Regex to eliminate non-alpha characters.
Applied Word Embedding Model using BERT & PyTorch on the Search Strings column of the Data frame to obtain word vectors.
Computed Cosine similarity b/w the word vectors of SRNTs of each examiner with one another to predict the communication index.
