With the coming of third-party orders, there are additional things to consider like the added commission of 30%, credit card fees, chargebacks, deliveries, packaging, and sales tax costs which differ from state to state. Reconciling all of these charges against a restaurant’s books can be complex and time-consuming, especially across multiple locations. LoopAI is designed to automate that process and ensure that restaurants get what they are owed by the delivery provider. In addition, Loop is built to cut down on costly operational mistakes.

• Managing agile development teams spanning across geographical boundaries. Responsible for development of SDMS, a Sales and Service Delivery Platform that is used by all Support.com tenants and partners in the Retail and SaaS offerings. The platform is built on windows stack using C#.Net and Asp.net MVC; Its an SOA architecture with modules exposing functionality in SOAP/RESTful APIs. Other technologies in play are WCF, MSMQ and use of MSSQL Db. In this role I have been extremely hands on, along with mentoring individuals, I continue to provide inputs to product architecture and even pick up some modules for coding myself.

• Techno manage team developing Solution ToolKit and EasySupport client products. Products made for delivering, fixing and supporting PCs. These products used a skinnable, l18N and L10N supported architecture.
• Used ANTLR to build framework to parse xml language instruction set that map to C++ snippets.
• Built C++ snippets for Registry Cleaning, Disk optimizations etc.
• Built C++ browser container to host html, css and JavaScript and jQuery for the UI.
• Used http C++ libraries for capturing data and making JSON posts to the backend which stored them on MongoDb.

• Developed and Architected the following products:
• SmartAccess: Windows desktop application used for configuring modems, routers, WAPs etc to solve networking issues and eventually get user online. I implemented many proprietary and std protocols including TR64 and TR69. I build the C++ browser container app. and several Javascript libraries that ran a workflow.
• LiveAssist: CRM application in which support by agents is provided via chat. In times when Ajax wasn't even coined, I implemented this chat product where user messages travelled in form of xml over http/https protocol and were persisted in DB. JavaScript on client browser with backend in Asp.Net were primary technologies in play.
• SalesAssist: The style is now adopted by many to popup a chat screen on browser as a trigger/rule condition is met. A trigger could be time a user is on a particular page. I developed this app purely in JavaScript on browser to improve the sales funnel.
• Apart for coding in above languages, I was responsible for over all product architecture. All products were very successful at various Digital Service Providers, DSP (for e.g. Verizon, Cox, Charter, Comcast, TWC, Belgacom) and Managed Service providers, MSP (e.g. EDS).
