I’ve spent much of my career working with companies early in their growth, when hiring is hardest and impact is highest. Most of my work has been with startups before the brand existed — when roles were ambiguous, hiring mistakes were expensive, and judgment mattered more than pipelines. I help founders and leadership teams build strong engineering, data, and GTM teams, especially for hard-to-fill roles where the bar is high and the talent pool looks dry. With 14+ years in tech hiring, I’ve partnered with early-stage startups and scale-ups across India, the US, and Europe, hiring Backend, Data Platform, AI/ML, DevOps, Product, and Customer Success leaders and ICs. My approach is signal over volume: - deep screening - honest, upfront feedback - early risk flagging - tight alignment with business reality I’m not a resume-forwarder.
