Most of my learning about AI didn't come from courses or textbooks. It came from watching what happens when systems meet the real world and sometimes fall apart in it. Understanding the problem, the context, and the real cost of being wrong is where the work actually begins. - Most of my time is spent in the uncomfortable middle -- complex data, messy business realities, and decisions that need clarity before they need code. - I'm not just focused on building models. I'm focused on designing intelligence that people can genuinely rely on when it's live and the stakes are real. How I work with teams and clients: - I make it a point to cut through the noise. Buzzwords are easy to sell. Actual solutions are harder to find. - My job is to make sure we're solving the right problem, not just chasing whatever's trending this quarter. - Before any tool gets picked or any model gets built, we ask the harder question: does this actually solve something? On mentoring: Along the way, mentoring has become something I genuinely care about. A lot of engineers entering the AI space are already sharp with the tools. What they often need is someone to help them think before they build, to sit with the problem a little longer before reaching for a solution.. What I share here comes from real engineering work. Not trends, not hype -- just honest lessons from building things that have to work in practice, not just in demos.
