Through advanced modal analysis techniques and state-of-the-art equipment, I facilitated precise measurements and data collection. Collaborating closely with GURU Engineering's engineering team, we analyzed the obtained data to characterize the structural behavior of the turbine blades under varying conditions. The results and insights provided valuable information for optimizing design, performance, and operational safety. This consultancy contributed to enhancing the efficiency and reliability of the turbine system, showcasing the synergistic impact of expertise and innovation in the field of mechanical engineering.
• Consultancy to Harihar Alloy : In my consultancy engagement with Harihar Alloy, I undertook a comprehensive assessment of vibration transmission through the factory floor during heavy forging operations. Through meticulous on-site measurements and advanced vibration analysis techniques, I evaluated the dynamic behavior of the floor structure. Collaborating closely with Harihar Alloy's engineering team, we quantified and analyzed the transmitted vibrations, identifying potential areas of concern and their impact on equipment and personnel.
