With over 24 years of experience in the field of computer science education, I am a passionate and dedicated Professor of Computer Science. I teach, mentor, and lead students and faculty teams on various projects and initiatives. I hold a Ph.D. in computer engineering and multiple MTA certifications from Microsoft that demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in ai, ml, gen ai, blockchain, nosql databases, software development, database administration, and Windows server administration. As a CS Professor and Dean, I have strived to bridge the gap between theory and practice, and to prepare employable graduates who can adapt to the evolving technology changes. I believe that as a faculty, I have to be the team lead for my students, working on their projects as a senior member, setting the goals, helping them with code, correcting course, and being there when they are stuck. I also design curriculum and manage faculty teams, ensuring that the academic standards and quality are maintained and enhanced. Teaching and technology are my fascinations and my mission, and I love to prove people wrong who stereotype CS faculty with possessing only theoretical knowledge.
