About

Currently best shaped to be an AI Engineer - I build tailored solutions using Language Models. Spend most of my time piecing together pipelines and making sure everything integrates nicely into existing systems/infra. I work across industries, building agentic pipelines that take huge amounts of structured and unstructured data, orchestrate flows. Quite enjoying customer facing non-chatbot style experiences at the moment

  • I am an AI Solutions Engineer within the technical team. My experience and work so far has covered:
  • Developing web and mobile applications for campaigns and competitions that are shared across social media platforms. The solutions had mainly been using OpenAI GPT3, 3.5, 4, 4o models and DALLE together in a user journey workflow to ideate and submit images and portfolios into competitions. In these styles of projects I was either the sole developer doing backend and frontend build or I would collab with a front end developer. The solutions would take between 8-12weeks to build and deploy the solution ensuring it could deal with millions of user submissions and ~2-4k per minute inferences. Big time spent on moderation as the solution would allow the user to type anything they want into the box.
  • Built a live in-game insights generator for and American basketball association that is in production and hosted on their app. It was a team of 2 developers and we had 12 weeks to build and deploy an agentic solution that could interpret live game events, determine which events are significant and then retrieve historical context related to the entities that are in the event so that and LLM can generate an interesting fact to fans watching the game on the app. This was using GPT-4o

  • Built and delivered Accenture UK's Generative AI training course. This was the first course to be delivered of this type. This was a 5-day training course for Analyst to MD levels. Course covered overview of modern AI & LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning & Use Case Generation. Python projects and notebooks were created that walked through all content.
  • Built a suite of ~20 use case demos that Delivery Managers would use in client convos. These were the first of its kind within Accenture and led to the creation of a specialised AI demo factory that would train up colleagues after the training course to build and maintain the demos on the platform. This team then grew to build out shareable packages (evals, monitoring etc) that could be used project side.

  • - Lead developer on the forecasting and demand for confirmatory PCR tests at T&T after the September back to school shortage error. Had to refactor the current forecasts and build a new pipeline that could service all demand requirements and implement slightly more coherent forecasts that allowed us to see post 8-weeks. Scarily this was all done in excel to start but once it was stable and accurate a team of 3 developers then joined to build this into a python forecasting pipeline. This was the start of my python work and I joined the team to start refactoring

  • E2E Internal Expenses Dashboard: Built a tableau insights dashboard to better review and triage business expenses. Built endpoints to query expense platform api, created set of scheduled SQL queries that would update the Tableau board. Dashboard was deployed in AWS and refreshed on weekly basis.
  • LIBOR rate repapering evaluation - Evaluated a classification model used to determine if millions of contracts that mention Libor rate needed to be re-written or not due to Libor rate being stopped. NLP model determined if the mention of Libor rate was legally binding to contract, referencing it, used in calculations etc. Built an evals pipeline that could determine model performance
