I just find it a bit weird that we optimise everything for productivity, but somehow waste most of our day to pings. Ex-AE, leading $30 million in ARR in a $100 million ARR company. We did with 30 people, what competitors did with 120 by redesigned how work is done. Before Dublin, I spent time in Germany, Belgium, South Africa, and the UK, doing everything from B2B sales, audit, to R&D, event management, and failing at a PhD. A special interest of mine is unionizing students either as class rep, student council founding members, or on faculty boards.
