I started my career in 2018 working at a Startup Studio in Paris for my placement where I found my passion for new businesses; I loved the fast pace, the challenge, and the excitement of constant growth and reaching milestones. Upon my return home to complete my final year of university, I joined a Belfast-based tech startup, where I worked for a year getting to know the Belfast startup ecosystem, and working with a team of 5 to take our app product to market. Here is where I met Co-Founder, Chloe. In 2020, straight out of university, Chloe and I went on to found NI's 1st dedicated Influencer Marketing Agency, VAVA Influence. We grew this business from a £500 investment to a six-figure business in less than 5 years, supporting businesses and social media influencers throughout the UK and Ireland. We worked with brands such as Coca-Cola, Landrover, Volkswagen, Go Pig or Go Home & Decathalon - to name a few - many in partnership with some of the UK's largest PR & Marketing Agencies. In October 2024, I sold my half of the business in pursuit of new challenges. Throughout my time at VAVA Influence, I also worked at Queen's Students' Union supporting student entrepreneurs in commercialising their innovative ideas, helping them flourish into high potential, highly scalable startups and profitable businesses. I now work as Product Manager at BazaarVoice 👩🏻💻
