Stepping into a highly complex and distributed landscape, Francisco led a team of three product managers and partnered closely with more than 30 engineers and designers across Portugal, India, China, and the US. He played a central role in reframing the product vision, driving clarity and alignment across multiple teams, and transforming the area into fully mission-driven product teams. His leadership strengthened a foundational platform that powers the customer and agent experience for hundreds of enterprises worldwide. Alongside his work in industry, Francisco is deeply committed to developing the next generation of product talent. As a mentor on ADPList, he has supported hundreds of mentees around the world and has been recognised as a Top 50 Product Management Mentor five times in a row. His guidance has contributed to more than 15 successful career transitions into product roles. Francisco is also a community builder, serving as one of the leaders and community managers of Impostor PM, a fast-growing product community in Porto focused on honest conversations, learning, and psychological safety in product work. He extends this impact into education as a professor at FEUP and Porto Business School, where he teaches business process management and product thinking, helping shape future leaders across engineering and business disciplines.
