During November 2016, I started developing a LISP like syntactical abstraction over Javascript to make writing async programs easier and ended up writing an interpreter and a primitive module system for a LISP like programming language that operated on async JS functions . Now I call this programming language Ironscript. Though it's not as fast as I would like it to be at this stage, it's quite minimal and expressive thanks to its LISPiness. Currently (as of 16th March 2016), I am working on this project alone and looking for developers interested in contributing to it.
