I’m a final-year student at IIT Kanpur, majoring in Statistics and Data Science with a minor in Systems. I’m passionate about building scalable systems and applying quantitative methods to tackle real-world financial problems. Originally from Bathinda, Punjab, I’ve always had a grounded perspective and a curiosity to explore how technology and finance intersect. I’ve had the opportunity to intern at Atlassian as a Software Engineer, where I worked on backend features, and at Trexquant as a Global Alpha Researcher, where I helped develop machine learning-driven trading strategies. In June 2025, I’ll be joining Pace Stock Broking as a Quantitative Researcher, focusing on alpha generation and systematic trading. On campus, I led over 1000 students as the Pool Captain for Riwayat and competed in badminton tournaments—both of which shaped my leadership skills, strategic thinking, and resilience. I’m also certified by NISM in Derivatives, Equities, and Quantitative Finance.
