I am a Data Engineer working for a Swedish Automotive client. I am currently working with their Cost Reduction Planning team, as a dbt developer, using VS Code, Snowflake and GitHub. PowerBI is also a tool I am looking into. The previous project with Data Architects in Manufacturing was mostly focused on Azure Data Factory. Creating template pipelines for various data flows is done successfully, with different types of sources and sinks. I am also getting introduced to dbt, a framework namely Smartfacts. These are clubbed for specific tasks, including Snowflake. I utilise AI tools to ensure the best possible solution and implement them according to our requirements. I bring my capabilities into the maintenance and development of the pipeline, work with a cross functional team to successfully get the data and transform it and pass it to the target location for the client to gather. I also bring expertise in Python, SQL, Databricks, PySpark, Excel, and Azure Data Factory to deliver data-driven insights and solutions. My experience spans the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data extraction and transformation to visualization and reporting, ensuring actionable insights for informed decision-making. Additionally, I have a solid background in Java Spring Boot development with proven skills in designing and implementing REST APIs. This combination of data analysis and backend development experience enables me to bridge the gap between data engineering and application development seamlessly.
