• Helped the Acquiring team to transact in the USA geography, along with the Brazilian operation, including messaging using ISO8583.
• Designed and architected a highly concurrent AI Agent in Elixir (and BEAM) that handles thousands of simultaneous sessions for ~3 million customers in Brazil and the U.S.
• Architected and co-coded the Elixir-based LLM agent, in-memory RAG pipeline, dozens of AI tools, and MCP client, delivering sub-100 ms median latency.

• Managed and led a high-performance cross-functional squad of 8 engineers and ML researchers to ship an AI-driven financial assistant, merging 60+ PRs weekly, with a p75 lead time of less than a day.
• Championed Event-Driven Architecture across company, cutting cross-team complexity and speeding up new-service launches.

• Co-founded and scaled the Engineering-Ops platform to 100+ engineering teams across Brazil, the US, and Europe while securing backing from leading angel investors and funds in Brazil.
• Owned product vision, GTM, and fundraising while building a small, high-impact team, positioning SourceLevel as a go-to solution for #EngineeringOps insights.

• Ebert (https://ebertapp.io) was an internal tool at Plataformatec for automated code review and metrics. We decided to transform it into a product and I have been leading this task since then, learning and applying topics such as Product-Market fit, Growth Hacking, Customer Success, Product Metrics, and so on.
