• Power Amplifier Design: Used wafer load-pull data using Maury load pull system to design multi-stage PA optimized for power/gain/efficiency/linearity outputs.
• Employing Agilent PNA-X (67 GHz) network analyzer for deembedding, Intermodulation and efficiency measurement.
• Modified Amkor and CMI packages in ADS layout for enhanced thermal performance by incorporating the RFMD heat slug design.

•  Designed Circuit Level RF and mixed-signal components- Frequency mixers (active and passive), filters (micro strip and lumped) and directional coupler, MOS Low noise and power amplifier, MOS PLL (Phase Locked Loop). (Using ADS and cadence simulation tools – spectre, Verilog-A and virtuoso).
•  Designed Small Micro-strip antenna at 1 GHz and .5 GHz by analyzing the radiation properties of patch antennas and arriving at an efficient small resonating structure. (3-D Analysis using HFSS and ADS Momentum).
•  Microcontroller programming to program PLL (Phase Locked Loop) through an I2C interface, ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) serial inputs and data transmission/reception.
