I have a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur, which gives me a solid foundation to understand the technical skills and challenges of the candidates I recruit. Since joining Rubrik in Feb 2021, I have successfully hired several engineers for various roles, such as SE, SSE, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, and Engineering Managers. I helped InterviewBit grow its team of elite software engineers from hundreds of thousands of users across the globe, including Asia, US, and Europe. I also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for other leading companies, such as ThoughtSpot, Hotstar, and Anzy Careers. I have more than five years of hands-on experience in recruitment, and I am passionate about finding and connecting with talented people who can solve some of the hardest technical challenges in the industry.
