I’m a Data Engineer and applied AI specialist with a background in Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence from Tilburg University. I help organizations eliminate repetitive digital work and build reliable, scalable systems that improve efficiency and decision quality. At Allianz, I work on large-scale data infrastructure challenges, including migrating legacy pipelines, designing dbt-based transformation layers, and building validation frameworks that ensure correctness across daily data loads exceeding 50 million rows. My work focuses on creating automation and metadata-driven systems that improve reliability, maintainability, and trust in critical business data. Beyond enterprise data engineering, I founded and built NeoCru, an AI-powered recruitment platform, where I designed and deployed the system end to end. This included backend architecture, structured data modeling, LLM-based automation for transforming unstructured inputs into normalized data, and full cloud deployment on Google Cloud. Through this, I developed a practical understanding of how to translate AI concepts into production-ready systems that create real operational impact. I work closely with teams to identify repetitive or error-prone processes and design automation that reduces manual workload, improves accuracy, and creates scalable workflows. I combine enterprise-grade data engineering discipline with applied AI and hands-on product development to build solutions that are both technically sound and operationally effective.
