I am a Power Electronics Engineer with hands-on experience in DC–DC converter design, magnetics design, EV charger development, and TI C2000 DSP-based control. I have contributed to high-power projects including 30 kW & 50 kW Dual Active Bridge converters, Phase-Shift Full Bridge converters (2.2 KW), and industrial-grade EV chargers (900 W – 3.3 kW). My work spans the complete development cycle—topology selection, component sizing, magnetics design, PCB-level debugging, hardware validation, and root-cause analysis. I have also designed transformers, inductors, gate driver circuits, and implemented digital control using TMS320F28379D. During my M.Tech at NIT Calicut, I designed and built a bidirectional DAB converter prototype, validating performance and control strategy. I’ve also led and mentored interns, collaborated closely with mechanical and firmware teams, and contributed to multiple cross-functional EV powertrain projects. I have worked on different power ratings of EV chargers and On-Board Chargers for clients such as Royal Enfield, Euler Motors, Kinetic Green, Piaggio, and Spark Minda, supporting end-to-end development, testing, and validation. I enjoy solving complex hardware challenges, innovating converter designs, and contributing to high-quality engineering outcomes.
