Isaiah Ratliff — Product Manager
I've worked in factories most of my life. I’m currently a machinist at Greenbrier, where I run machines and make sure things get done right. Before that, I worked at Unilever doing a bit of everything—packing, loading, keeping things moving. I’ve also delivered food. Whatever job I had, I showed up, did the work, and did it well. Now I’m learning web development, and I’ve gotten really into building things with Angular. It’s a big change from factory work, but I like the challenge. I’ve been putting in the time, learning everything I can, and I’m looking for a shot to prove myself in this new field.
