• ● Led a small team on end-to-end design and development of a large scale, low latency distributed web service from scratch, meant to reduce the number of recharge failures and improve user experience in the longer run. It is a rule based distributed system that on every recharge decides what is the next set of eligible recharges for the customer through configurable and dynamic rules that can be managed using exposed REST APIs
• ● Another use case of this platform was to stitch data from multiple sources and act as a single source for providing user recharge history with some rich insights through REST APIs. This use case alone resulted in reduction of number of phone calls to customer service centers by more than 8000 per day directly resulting in cost saving
